As I previously mentioned, I like to think that sleep is for the weak, so we pushed in a packed week of activities. We flew to Orlando, where I'd booked for us to swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove. I've always wanted to meet a dolphin but the fact that our tickets included a pass to SeaWorld made me feel a little uneasy. In fact, during my entire time with the Dotty the dolphin, I interrogated the staff on her well-being and their dolphin population in general. I think they hated me by the end of it.
I also got to snorkel with all sorts of strange fish and stingrays, as well as meander around SeaWorld (no killer whale shows though, for obvious moral reasons). We then set off on a long drive to Pensacola and made a few stops along the way; Titusville, Blue Springs State Park and Gainesville. As for Pensacola itself, I mainly spent my time there on the beach, shopping, horse riding and eating with my family. A lot of food was consumed on that trip. Again, I have a mixture of iPhone and camera photos as I figured taking my camera to certain places, namely the Springs and the beach, wouldn't be my brightest idea as I tend to be clumsy with stuff like that.
